When you subscribe to either of our MONTHLY maintenance plans, we’ll upgrade your current compatible computer to Windows 10 FREE.  This includes installing Windows 10 on your computer, fully updating Windows, installing our full year industry leading Internet protection and remote assistance software.   Hardware upgrades to your computer, if any, are not included in this offer.  We’ll also, at an additional charge, install other software on request.  The QUARTERLY maintenance plan does NOT qualify for this promotion.

#2 For current subscribers to our maintenance plans

Extend your subscription for another year in advance and we’ll upgrade your computer to Windows 10 FREE (same as offer #1 above.) 

#3 Recover and transfer all of your data to your replacement computer FREE

When you purchase a replacement computer from Mad Dog Computer (new or reconditioned) and trade-in your existing computer, we’ll recover all of your data (to the extent possible) from your existing computer to your replacement computer FREE.  This includes your bookmarks, favorites, photos, music and documents.  We’ll also reinstall Microsoft Office, if you already own it.  We’ll also, at an additional charge, install other software on request.

#4 Upgrade your current computer to Windows 10

For a flat $150, we will upgrade your current computer to Windows 10.  This fee includes the Windows 10 software and labor to perform the upgrade.  Hardware upgrades to your computer, if any, are not included in this offer.  We’ll also, at an additional charge, install other software on request.
