Get Remote Assistance from Mad Dog Computer
If you are reading this page on your computer which needs help, we can probably assist you. It means that your computer still starts up into Windows, is connected to the Internet and works well enough to open this web page.
Remote Assistance Sessions are paid online with any card which bears the Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express logo. The sessions are billed at $90 per hour in 15-minute increments. There is a 15-minute ($22.50) minimum.
We will need the following information from you:
- Name on card
- Billing zip code
- 16-digit card number
- Expiration date
- 3 or 4 digit CVC code
- The email address you would like the receipt sent to.
By providing this billing information, you acknowledge the following:
- You are an authorized user of the provided card number
- You are authorizing Mad Dog Computer to charge the provided card for the fees detailed earlier.
- Remote Assistance services are provided on a TIMED basis. Results of the services carry NO GUARANTEES of any kind.
- There are NO REFUNDS.
- You are aware of our other terms of service and agree to them. If you need another copy of them, please provide us with your email address.
Once you are on the phone with us, click on the HELP button below to start a support session. You will taken to a webpage which asks you to download a program from FixMe.IT and install it. Follow the instructions on the page and, if asked, answer “YES” to the question of whether you want to allow the program to make changes to your computer.
Once installed, it will provide you with a number which you will need to provide to us to proceed.
