We are still here to assist you but during this unprecedented world health emergency, we must do everything we can to protect both our clients and our staff. To that end, we are taking the following actions:
- Our office is not staffed so you will need to leave a phone message or email us at Info@MadDogPDX.com or send us a text at 503.922.1599. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
- We only provide services which do not require us to enter a building or come into physical proximity to other people. The services which are available include pickup and return services and services which can be performed over the phone or over the Internet such as consultations, system tune-ups and remote configuration of new equipment.
- Equipment which we sell or service will be thoroughly disinfected before we deliver it to you. We will not bring the equipment inside of your location or come inside to connect it.
- We only accept electronic payments paid online with a card. Checks, CASH and any payments at your location are not currently accepted.
