Get Remote Assistance from Mad Dog Computer
If you are reading this page on your computer which needs help, we can probably assist you. It means that your computer still starts up into Windows, is connected to the Internet and works well enough to open this web page.
Remote Assistance Sessions are paid online with any card which bears the Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express logo. The sessions are billed in 15-minute increments. There is a 15-minute minimum.
We will need the following information from you:

- 16-digit card number
- Expiration date
- 3 or 4 digit CVC code
- The email address you would like the receipt sent to.

- You are authorizing Mad Dog Computer to charge the provided card for the fees detailed earlier.
- Remote Assistance services are provided on a TIMED basis. Results of the services carry NO GUARANTEES of any kind.
- There are NO REFUNDS.
